Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between you and gbazi governing your use of the platform and its services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") apply to all users of the gbazi platform, website, and associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the gbazi platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the gbazi platform. gbazi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

References to "gbazi", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the gbazi platform and its operating team. References to "you", "user", or "player" refer to any individual who accesses or uses the gbazi platform. The gbazi platform is accessible at gbazi.vip and any associated subdomains or mirror sites operated by gbazi.

Eligibility

Account Eligibility Requirements

gbazi is strictly for adults. The following eligibility conditions must be met before an account may be opened or maintained.

Age Requirement — 21+ Only
You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use the gbazi platform. gbazi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds returned to the verified payment method used for deposit, less any bonus amounts already played.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, or place any bet on gbazi.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when creating your gbazi account.
Each individual may hold only one gbazi account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on gbazi or any platform from which gbazi accepts self-exclusion requests.

Registration

Account Registration and Verification

Creating a gbazi account is free and requires accurate personal information. gbazi reserves the right to verify all account information.

One Account Per Person
Each natural person may register and maintain only one gbazi account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. If gbazi identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended without prior notice, pending review. Winnings generated across multiple accounts belonging to the same person may be voided in full.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbazi account credentials, including your username, password, and any linked payment methods. gbazi will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify gbazi support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access, unusual activity, or compromise of your account credentials. gbazi recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with your bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any other service.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
gbazi reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with the gbazi Privacy Policy.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

gbazi supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the following terms.

Deposit Terms
All deposits to gbazi must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. gbazi does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed within the gbazi wallet interface. gbazi does not charge fees on bKash or Nagad deposits; however, your mobile money operator may apply its own transfer charges, for which gbazi takes no responsibility. Deposits are credited to your gbazi wallet balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals from gbazi must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. gbazi processes standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification before processing. gbazi reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours in cases where fraud prevention review is deemed necessary. Withdrawals that remain unclaimed or unprocessed due to incorrect payment details provided by the player are the player's sole responsibility. gbazi does not charge withdrawal fees on bKash or Nagad transactions.
Transaction Disputes
If you believe an error has occurred in a deposit, withdrawal, or in-game transaction, you must contact gbazi support at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be eligible for review. gbazi will investigate all reported transaction disputes in good faith and aims to resolve them within 14 business days. gbazi's decision on transaction disputes is final, subject to any applicable laws. Disputes relating to payment provider processing times (e.g. mobile network delays on bKash or Nagad) should first be raised with the relevant payment provider.

Bonuses

Bonus and Promotional Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by gbazi are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all gbazi promotions.

Bonuses offered by gbazi are designed for entertainment purposes and are available only to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification. gbazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would negatively affect players who have already accepted the promotion and are actively meeting its wagering requirement.

Bonuses may not be transferred between players, combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, or converted to real money without completing the applicable wagering requirement. The wagering requirement and any game restrictions attached to a bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms and are always displayed before a player opts in. gbazi does not retroactively change wagering requirements on bonuses that have already been activated by a player.

Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be withdrawn.
Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method (bKash number, Nagad number, etc.).
gbazi reserves the right to void bonus winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion is identified.
Bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms if the wagering requirement has not been completed within that time.

Fair Play

Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on the gbazi platform: using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions; engaging in arbitrage betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; using multiple accounts to abuse promotions or exploit RNG-certified game mechanics; and any form of fraud, including using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials. gbazi employs automated and manual detection systems for all of the above. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.
Account Suspension and Termination
gbazi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice if: the account holder is found to have breached these Terms in any material way; fraud or money laundering is suspected; the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; or the account holder becomes a registered self-excluded player. Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated request, any real-money balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 15 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond gbazi's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. gbazi will not be liable for any losses — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from temporary platform unavailability, provided such unavailability is not the result of gross negligence on gbazi's part.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error in a sports betting market that results in a bet being placed at an incorrect price or on an incorrect outcome, gbazi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. This right applies regardless of whether bets have been settled at the time the error is identified. gbazi's liability in such cases is limited to the return of stakes only — it does not extend to any profit the player may have expected from the erroneously priced bet.

Updates

Amendments to These Terms

gbazi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to bonus conditions, payment processing procedures, or eligibility requirements — gbazi will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform. For minor or clarifying amendments that do not adversely affect players' rights, gbazi may publish the updated Terms without prior individual notice.

Your continued use of the gbazi platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
